Nominations For the 2023 Americas Awards Closed on April 14th

Nominations

Please read all information below before proceeding. Nominations take 10-20 minutes to complete and require supporting details and evidence to ensure a meritocratic process. You can begin your nomination and return to it later. Much more detail is available in the nomination software. Good luck!

Award Categories

Award categories include CSM of the Year, Customer Success Leader of the Year, Customer Success Rising Star, Best Use of Technology in Customer Success, and Most Innovative Customer Success Initiative.

Why Nominate?

Nominate to gain recognition for the customer success achievements of you, your team, a colleague, or your business. Nominees will also be able to benchmark themselves against other customer success professionals and help raise the profile of our profession.

Who Can Be Nominated?

If your role is about making customers successful, you should probably apply. Applicants are most often Customer Success Managers, Directors, VPs, and CCOs, but we encourage all involved in customer-facing roles to consider applying.

Can I Vote for Nominees?

No. Customer Success Excellence is focused on merit and not popularity, so does not open for public voting. If someone is nominated more than once, only the strongest nomination submission will be counted and the others discarded. The best nominations will provide much detail about the nominee and complete every question on the nomination form.

What’s Next?

Our esteemed panel of judges will begin to review all nominations after the application close date. A shortlist for each award will be announced a month before the Customer Success Excellence Awards dinner where the winner in each category will be crowned. All shortlisted submissions will be shared publicly in the annual Customer Success Excellence e-book.

How Do Our Judges Decide?

Our judges use a standard rubric to judge all nominations fairly and consistently. All questions are judged with a maximum of 10 points using the following criteria:

0 - No part of the nomination has evidence addressing this category.

3 - Limited evidence supporting this category, possibly substandard impact or unclear how much the nominee contributed to the results.

5 - Some evidence provided, but either limited details, mediocre impact, or standard, non-innovative approach

7 - Strong evidence provided, details are clear and specific and impact is well above average. Results show innovation, influence, and creativity.

10 - Truly outstanding. Exceptional evidence, with supporting data and exceptional impact. Results are differentiating and nomination shows true innovation and thought leadership.
