Claire leads the Customer Success team at Juro – the contract collaboration platform. This means getting hands-on in the implementation of Juro for in-house legal teams, as well as other teams who process contracts across any business. Previously, Claire held senior positions at Auth0 and at Swrve; establishing regional Customer Success teams and delivering world-class support to enterprise customers. Claire specializes in building and growing stellar CS teams in fast-paced environments. She believes that the most successful CS teams make their customers heroes.

Franziska has a degree in international business for which she studied Spain, Mexico and Germany. She started her career in Sales in the Netherlands, since then has held roles in Presales, Support, Account Management and Customer Success. At Autodesk she was part of designing the transformation to a subscription model, leading CS teams through change. Her leadership style is recognized by collaboration and focus on employees and customers. She is currently leading the EMEA Customer Success team at Siemens Digital Industry Software.

Steph is Head of Customer Success at Stotles - a disruptive, early stage start-up which supports sales and marketing teams looking to proactively engage with the public sector. In this role she is building a world-class team of Customer Success specialists from the ground up; focused on injecting the voice of the customer into every aspect of decision making at Stotles. Following her degree in History / English Literature (a true bookworm at heart), Steph started her career in Client Services in the business intelligence industry, before being headhunted for a global leadership role and then transitioning into Account Management. Her leadership style is open and collaborative; she is a firm believer in maintaining a high bar for standards but still having fun whilst getting the job done.

My name is Michael, I am the Head of Customer Success at Infinity. I lead a team of super talented CSMs who are fixated on helping our customers achieve their goals and objectives through interactions with us and our product. I’ve spent the past 7 years working in Call Intelligence at Infinity (formerly ResponseTap), starting in a junior sales role before helping build and develop the Customer Success function from the ground up. We now have a team of 16 CSMs. I am proud of the function we have built and the success we deliver to our customers every day.

Ky has worked in Digital Marketing for 11 years for leading MarTech solutions covering CRO (Yieldify) , CRM (Ometria), Affiliate and Influencer channels (Tradedoubler) and Charity technology (Enthuse - formerly Charity Checkout). His speciality is leading the growth of high performing Customer Success organisations that partner with ambitious businesses to deliver exceptional marketing experiences. Whilst not leading the CS team at Ometria, which won the Future of SaaS team award in 2021, he champions growing independent e-commerce businesses with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability and co-founded Aromatherapy Co AHLT - A House Like This in 2018 with his partner James.

After 15 years in the world of political consultancy, where she co-owned and scaled a firm pre-acquisition, Estelle made the leap into the world of Customer Success and SaaS. She joined HR tech innovator, Arctic Shores, as its first Chief Customer Officer in Sept 2020 and launched the company's Customer function 12 weeks later. Away from work, Estelle combines her passion for culture with her commitment to DE&I as Chair of ZooNation, a dance company resident at Sadler's Wells which reaches and represents diverse audiences and promotes underrepresented artists.

James started his career as a Finance System Implementation Consultant with a ‘Big-4’ consulting practice. After a stint in Technology Strategy aiding companies with Digital Transformation programmes, he moved into Customer Success at Sage to help build out their Success Practice with Intacct, eventually leading their Strategic Customers Group. James is a people person foremost, and invests his time building relationships with all that he works with to ensure both his customers and colleagues are getting what they need and want from their relationship with him.

Craig is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Go1, a global elearning aggregator. Working with global Enterprise customer accounts he’s a strategic enabler, regularly engaging with customers to help transform learning cultures by utilizing the Go1 technology and expansive content resource library. In the 18 months he has worked in Customer Success, his 19 years working in the L&D and tech space, combined with a Masters in Human Resource Development, helps him drive learner engagement and adoption, as well as demonstrate value and purpose.

Melisaan is an experienced consultant in employee experience, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and communications with a demonstrated history of working across a variety of sectors and regions. She is an MCIPR Accredited PR Practitioner and CIIC. Melisaan was awarded the Mark of Excellence, Outstanding Young Communicator, CIPR Excellence awards, and has been recognised as an Inspiring Leader. She is responsible for leading the WorkBuzz Customer Success & Experience team to help businesses build great company cultures by gaining feedback from their people.

Guy Rahamim came to LinearB as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help stakeholders achieve their goals while forming long-term partnerships with LinearB customers. Guy is a genuine "people person" and passionate about developing connections and building relationships. With an MBA from One Academic College in Israel and a CCSMP certification from Practical CSM, Guy became a Founding Lead at CS Insider. He created content and mentored those interested in breaking into customer success. Guy enjoys creating Customer Success related memes to brighten your day, watching anime, and spending time with his dog, a sweet Husky named Toffee.

Damien McCoy is Senior Director, Customer Success at Cisco Webex where he leads the Growth & Digital Teams responsible for the customer led adoption of Cisco's Collaboration portfolio.

At the end of 2019, the GoCardless Customer Experience Team took on the challenge of creating a customer advocacy programme that could measurably support GoCardless's growth aspirations. They worked with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to develop the GoCardless Customer Advocacy Growth Loop, a programme designed to truly put customers at its heart to build mutual value and long-term partnerships.

As VP of Customer Success at Infinity, I lead a passionate team of customer focussed professionals that get out of bed to drive value, adoption and helping our customers win! I have a background of building customer success functions within the outsourced telecoms world, and moved to Infinity to support them in their growth journey by obsessing about insight – and how that drives true ROI for our customers. We create value by partnering the CSM's, the customer training team alongside an incredible insights and intelligence team. For us, it’s all about translating our data into true insight from every customer touchpoint, as well as partnering with our clients tech stack to provide the missing part of the puzzle. I’m so proud of how the team have developed the insights and intelligence function within customer success, and it’s incredible to see the impact to our customers.

With a background over 15 years in the financial services & tech sectors, Phil has worked for some of the largest and most innovative businesses in these industries. Phil is a contributor for Elite Business a podcast host, judge for UK & Global Business Tech awards, a public speaker and guested on numerous podcasts and webinars including with industry bodies such as the ACCA. During his previous role as Head of Customer Education, Phil built, designed and delivered the Capitalise education programme working with over 1700 accountants in 3 years helping them implement funding as a service for their small business clients.
